Operational Guide

Setting the Timer

  • Use the Hours, Minutes and Seconds fields to configure your target duration, then click Load to stage it.
  • Countdown: Counts down from the configured time to zero.
  • Countup: Starts from 00:00:00 and counts upward.
  • After Zero: Choose between Flash Zeros (digits flash at zero) or Show Negative (continues counting overrun in negative time).

Warning Thresholds

  • Configure two independent warning thresholds (in seconds) for speaker cues:
  • Orange Threshold: Digits transition to amber/orange when remaining time is less than or equal to this value.
  • Red Threshold: Digits turn red when remaining time drops below this value.
  • If both thresholds are met simultaneously, red takes priority.

Visual Feedback and Hotkeys

  • Digits display in green during normal operation, orange at or below the first warning, and red below the critical threshold.
  • Use Fullscreen (or press F) to fill confidence monitors and stage downstage displays.
  • Quick keyboard control: S Start, X Stop/Pause, R Load/Reset, F Toggle Fullscreen.
